Eating plain carrots can be quite boring, but using them in the form of a juice or a milkshake gives a good feel and better way to finish carrots. Here is a perfect healthy and tasty drink of carrot juice in a step by step process.

Ingredients :

6-8                :  Carrots
As Required    :  Sugar
2 Glasses        :  Chilled Water
1 Tbsp            :  Lemon Juice
As Required    :  Honey 


Directions :


Step1 :  Take a bowl and wash carrots and peel the skin of the carrots.

Step2 : After peeling, cut the carrots into pieces.

Step3 : In a blender or a juice extractor, add the chopped carrot slices to blend.

Step4 : Add sugar and chilled water into the blender.

Step5 : Blend it to get a smooth juice.

Step6 : Strain the juice completely as much as possible and discard the pulp.

Step7 : Pour the juice into the glasses.

Step8 : Add lemon drops into it and mix well.

Best Cold Coffee Recipe at Home

 Cold Coffee

Cold Coffee

Ingredients :

1 Tablespoon      : Instant Coffee
¼ Cup                 :  Warm Water
3 Tablespoons    : Sugar
6                          :  Ice Cubes


Directions :

Step1    :  Take a blender and add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 3 tablespoons of sugar, ¼ cup of warm water

Step2      
:  Stir them well and make shake out of it

Step3      : Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of full cream milk and blend for a minute till the solution become frothy

Step4      : Add 4 ice cubes for a thick cold coffee and pour 2 cups of chilled milk in the mixture

Step5      : Blend it again till everything mixed well

Step6      : Pout the nice froth mixture in glasses and serve it cool immediately.

  • 4 CupsMilk
  • 1 CupWhite Chocolate Bar
  • 1 TspVanilla Extract
  • Pinch Of Salt

Optional garnishes:
  • 1tspWhite Chocolate Chips
  • ½ TspWhite Chocolate Shavings
  • 2-3 CubesMarshmallows
  • 2 TspWhipped Cream

Directions :



Step1  : Take a pan add milk, white chocolate, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Step2  : Whisk continuously in a low flame.

Step3  : Cook till the Chocolate melts.

Step4  : Serve in glasses with whipped cream.

Step5  :  Garnish with White Chocolate chips, White chocolate Shavings and                     Marshmallows.

Ingredients


  • 4 cups- Whole milk
  • 1 cup - Chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons - Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon - Vanilla extract
  • pinch - Salt to taste

Directions


  • Chop the chocolate in to small pieces so that the pieces can easily dissolve in the liquid.
  • Place milk into a thick-bottomed pot on low heat.
  • Bring it to boil. Make sure that milk does not stick to bottom of the pan.
  • Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt and chocolate to milk.
  • Whisk them thoroughly until chocolate melts.
  • Heat the milk mixture for 5 more minutes constantly and serve it hot in long tunnel shaped glasses.
  • Add whipped cream at the end if required.

Ingredients:


  • Cocoa powder – 2 ½ tablespoons
  • Full fat milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes – 8 ice cubes
  • Grated chocolate – 2 tablespoons for garnishing


Preparation:


  • Place cocoa powder, full fat milk, sugar, ice cubes in a blender.
  • Blend them till the mixture turns smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the smoothie in four individual glasses and garnish it with grated chocolate.
  • Serve it cool immediately.
  • You can also add ice cream at the top for better taste. Have it along with Crispy Potato Chips.
